Cancellation & No-Show Policy At Frenzy Salon, we value our time and our stylist’ schedules. We kindly ask that any appointment cancellations or reschedules be made at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or no-show appointments, will be subject to a 25% charge of the scheduled service. This fee helps compensate our stylists for reserved time that could have been offered to another guest. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
